RASOGOLLA



ABOUT: Sweets and desserts are famous in India. In India every occasion is starting with sweets. Indian can have sweets after their lunches, dinner time and whenever we are craving for sweets. Rosogolla is the famous sweet in West Bengal. A Bengali named Nabin Chandra Das (Nabin Moira) was invented this mouthwatering sweet Rosogolla. How this famous sweet is invented, on that topic, there is a Bengali film (movie) was released in 2018 named "Rosogolla". People called this sweet "Mistir Raja". This mouthwatering sweet is very easy to make at home. Mainly it made with paneer or Chena and boiled in hot sugar syrup. You can make paneer at home or you can also make this with market bought paneer. I made it with market bought paneer. If you follow a few tips and tricks, then you can make soft rosogolla easily at home.

Prep Time: 15-20 mins,       Cooking time: 15 mins,        servings: 2-3

Ingredients :
1. Paneer 200 grams (market bought)
2. Cornflower 2 teaspoon
3. Sugar 1 cup
4. Cardamom 2 pieces


Cooking Process: 
Step1: When you will make rosogolla from market bought paneer, the paneer should be at room temperature.
Step2:Take a wide plate, then crumble the paneer into the pot, then smashed the banner with your hand until it becomes smooth and buttery soft.
Step3:After that add cornflower and smooth one more time until it mix properly.
Step4:Meanwhile, take pot or kadai, add sugar in it, then add 5 cups of water from the same measuring cup, then put in the oven on a high flame. Then add crushed cardamom into the syrup for flavor.
Step5:After that grease your hand to drop of ghee or oil and make small balls from the paneer.
Step6:When the sugar syrup is boiling, add the paneer balls one by one. It will make on a high flame.. The balls are increasing in size and absorb the syrup.
Step7:When the white paneer balls are becoming double in size and the syrup is half, then you know the Rosogolla is ready to serve. You can have it hot or cold as you like and enjoy.
